
Does anxiety cause you distress and limit your life choices?
This practical, face to face course, run over 6 weeks in central Edinburgh, will give you the knowledge, skills and support you need to actively manage anxiety and reduce its negative impact.
In 2 x hour weekly blocks, you’ll meet with a small group (max 6) led by a therapist to:
- share experience of anxiety
- learn how it affects body and mind
- practice strategies for managing it
The course gives you 12 hours contact time with a therapist in which you can explore your own experience, concerns, and life issues while giving/receiving support with other group members.
