Dancing is a great way to exercise, de-stress and awaken your body. These unled sessions – Dance, no Talk! – offer 2 hours of continuous music and a beautiful space to move in (Leith, Edinburgh).

Enjoy freedom to move, however you like, to different rhythms, moods, tempos. Be noisy or silent, solo or together – the only rule is No Talking!

So if you want to get out of your head and into your body, come try it out. The next event is Sunday 2nd February (4-6pm). Book your place with donation (all proceeds support Lane Yoga‘s community outreach programme.)
